1. Introduction -
These Terms & Booking Policies govern your use of the Soraya Voss website and all private inquiries, screening, deposits, confirmations, and approved experiences with Soraya Voss LLC. Soraya Voss LLC curates private high-end experiences by request only. Access is selective, approval is not guaranteed, and all experiences are conducted with discretion, clear boundaries, and in alignment with the standard of the brand. By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting an experience, you agree to these Terms & Booking Policies.

2. Request-Based Access -
Soraya Voss LLC does not offer instant bookings. All private experiences are available by request only. Submitting a form, message, inquiry, or payment request does not guarantee approval, availability, or access. All requests are reviewed at the discretion of Soraya Voss LLC. Soraya Voss LLC reserves the right to approve, decline, pause, reschedule, or end any request or experience at her discretion, including for reasons related to safety, alignment, availability, or brand standards.

3. Age Requirement -
All private experience inquiries are limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Age verification may be required before approval. If age cannot be verified to the satisfaction of Soraya Voss LLC, the request may be declined.

4. The Muse Experience -
A Private Experience Designed to Shift the Mood Entirely
Investment: $1,250 for 2 hours
Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit, currently $375
The Muse Experience is a private experience designed to shift the mood entirely. It may include intention setting, a grounding foot soak, a personalized relaxation experience, your choice of body oil or hand-poured lotion candle, a cleansing bath soak, a satin robe, gentle closing and reintegration, and an optional curated seasonal fruit accompaniment. The exact flow and details are curated by Soraya Voss LLC for each approved experience.

5. An Evening with Soraya Voss -
A Private Social Experience of Chemistry, Conversation, and Elevated Company
Investment: Starting at $650 for up to 2 hours
Additional time: $100 per hour
An Evening with Soraya Voss is a private social experience centered on chemistry, conversation, and elevated company. Dining, venue, travel, and related costs are separate and are not included in Soraya’s investment. This experience is requested through the Contact page and is subject to approval and availability.

6. The Authority Experience -
A Private Experience of Control, Chemistry, and Feminine Authority
Investment: Starting at $800 for up to 1 hour
The Authority Experience is a private experience centered on control, chemistry, and feminine authority. Custom details, extended time, travel, or specialized requests may affect the final investment. This experience is requested through the Contact page and is subject to approval, screening, and availability.

7. Screening -
Screening may be required before approval, especially for first-time clients, travel requests, private settings, Authority Experience inquiries, or custom requests. Screening may include confirmation of age, identity, review of social, professional, website, or referral information, private communication to clarify request details, and confirmation of boundaries, etiquette, and booking readiness. Failure or refusal to complete screening may result in the request being declined, even if a prior conversation has taken place.

8. Deposits -
Approved experiences require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time. For The Muse Experience, the deposit is currently 30% of the investment, which is $375. Deposits for other experiences will be communicated at the time of approval. Deposits may be accepted privately through Apple Pay, Cash App, or Venmo. Payment details are shared only after approval. A date and time are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and Soraya Voss LLC has issued written confirmation.

9. Remaining Balance -
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Soraya Voss LLC, the remaining balance is due in cash before the experience begins. An experience will not begin until the remaining balance has been received. If the remaining balance is not provided, the experience may be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

10. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy -
Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve Soraya’s time, preparation, and availability. Deposits are not returned if a client cancels, fails to arrive, arrives excessively late, refuses or fails screening, violates policies or boundaries, changes the nature of the request, makes unsafe, illegal, explicit, coercive, or misaligned requests, or behaves disrespectfully before or during the experience. If Soraya Voss LLC determines that an experience cannot proceed due to client behavior, policy violations, or boundary violations, the deposit remains non-refundable.

11. Rescheduling - 
Rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Soraya Voss LLC and is not guaranteed. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Last-minute changes may require a new deposit. If rescheduling is not approved, the original deposit remains non-refundable.

12. Lateness -
A 10-minute grace period is extended for arrivals. Arrivals beyond the grace period are subject to a $50 late fee. Excessive lateness may result in a shortened experience, cancellation, or refusal to proceed, at the discretion of Soraya Voss LLC. If an experience is shortened or cancelled due to lateness, no refund is owed, and the deposit remains non-refundable.

13. Same-Day Requests - 
Same-day bookings may be considered if there is a cancellation or for an additional fee, subject to approval and availability. First-time clients may still be required to complete screening before approval, even for same-day requests. Same-day approval is not guaranteed.

14. Availability -
Current availability is Tuesday–Saturday, 12 PM–12 AM. Requests outside stated availability may be considered for an additional fee, subject to approval and availability. Extended or special hours are at the discretion of Soraya Voss LLC.

15. Travel -
Travel may be considered upon request for an additional fee plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses may include transportation, lodging, dining, venue costs, incidentals, additional preparation, or scheduling time. Travel requests must be approved in advance. Specific arrangements, locations, and logistics will be confirmed privately and may require a higher deposit.

16. Dining, Venues & Related Costs -
For An Evening with Soraya Voss and other social or venue-based experiences, dining, venue, entertainment, transportation, parking, and related costs are separate from Soraya’s investment. Clients are responsible for approved related costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any special arrangements, reservations, or upgrades should be discussed and confirmed in advance.

17. Boundaries & Conduct -
Soraya Voss LLC maintains firm boundaries. Requests or conduct that are disrespectful, unsafe, illegal, coercive, overly explicit, aggressive, invasive, or misaligned with the standard of the brand will be declined. Soraya Voss LLC reserves the right to pause, decline, or end any experience early if necessary to maintain privacy, comfort, safety, boundaries, or the standard of the experience. No refund is owed if an experience is ended due to client misconduct, policy violation, or boundary violation.

18. The Authority Experience: Additional Notes -
The Authority Experience may include refined role reversal, guided power exchange, psychological tension, a controlled atmosphere, and soft domination elements within Soraya Voss LLC’s boundaries. All dynamics are handled with discretion, consent, intention, and Soraya’s final discretion. Nothing explicit is advertised, promised, guaranteed, or included as a condition of payment. Specific dynamics may be discussed privately after screening only if the request appears aligned. Unsafe, illegal, coercive, disrespectful, overly explicit, or non-compliant requests are not accepted.

19. The Muse Experience: Additional Notes -
The Muse Experience may include sensual luxury, atmospheric care, grounding elements, oils, candle elements, bathing elements, and a personalized relaxation experience where appropriate and legally permitted. Soraya Voss LLC does not provide medical treatment, physical therapy, diagnosis, or healthcare services. If any service requires licensure under applicable law, it will only be offered in compliance with that law. Clients with medical concerns, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or health conditions should consult a qualified professional before requesting any experience involving body oil, heat, bath products, or touch-based elements.

20. Allergies, Sensitivities & Client Responsibility -
Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, ingredient concerns, medical restrictions, or relevant conditions before approval. Soraya Voss LLC is not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, or by failure to follow professional medical advice.

21. Privacy & Discretion - 
Discretion is required before, during, and after all Soraya Voss LLC communications and experiences. Clients may not record, photograph, screenshot, share, publish, identify, or disclose private communications, private details, locations, experience details, or Soraya’s personal information without written permission. Any request to share or publish content related to Soraya Voss LLC must be approved in writing in advance.

22. No Harassment or Coercion- 
Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, coercion, repeated unwanted contact, pressure, or attempts to bypass boundaries are not permitted. Soraya Voss LLC may refuse service, stop communication, cancel access, or take protective action if necessary to maintain safety, privacy, and boundaries.

23. Intellectual Property -
All website copy, brand language, images, visuals, concepts, names, offer descriptions, and related materials are the property of Soraya Voss LLC unless otherwise stated. Visitors may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, or use Soraya Voss LLC brand materials without prior written permission.

24. Website Information - 
Soraya Voss LLC may update website information, pricing, availability, offers, policies, and terms at any time. If there is a difference between older materials and current written confirmation from Soraya Voss LLC, the current written confirmation controls for your specific experience.

25. Third-Party Platforms -
This website may link to or rely on third-party platforms, including Wix, payment apps, social media platforms, email services, phone services, or scheduling tools. Soraya Voss LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, privacy practices, account restrictions, fees, security issues, or policies or changes made by third parties. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platforms they use.

26. Limitation of Liability -
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soraya Voss LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to website use, denied requests, declined bookings, cancelled experiences, client misconduct, third-party platforms, travel issues, venue issues, or undisclosed client conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Booking Policies limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

27. Governing Law -
These Terms & Booking Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, unless another law is required to apply. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms & Booking Policies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where relevant, the agreed forum.
